Belfast-born, raised in NJ, and seasoned on soccer fields worldwide. He has played in youth leagues to semi-pro in Spain and is a USSF grassroots licensed coach. He is a former collegiate player turned Varsity assistant coach who is passionate about fostering talent on and off the field.

Former 10-year professional player in Turkey's 2nd and 3rd divisions (1999-2009). A believer in nurturing youth potential, his coaching journey spans Hollywood Wildcats FC (2019-2021) and Fenerbahce FC Academy (2018-2019). UEFA B License, coupled with FA Youth Award Modules 1-2 and FA Level 2, fuels my passion for shaping not only skilled players but also exemplary individuals.

Coach Hakan began his youth career playing for SSV Ulm 1846 and later semi-professional in Germany’s Oberliga and Verbandsliga Divisions. After 20 years of experience playing in Germany, Hakan moved to Miami, where he coached high school and competitive youth soccer. Currently holds USSF grassroots and ‘D’ License, as well as other educational courses throughout his time in Germany and the US.

Notably, I've contributed to 2 national tournament appearances with Muskegon CC. I have been coaching with NYRB for West Side soccer league in Manhatta
